Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of being placed.

Busy periods, holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Late or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@hawthrive.store with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@hawthrive.store right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
